4. Payment & Refunds

Fees for services will be outlined in individual agreements. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Refunds are subject to evaluation based on service cancellation policies.

We expect all participants and visitors to treat staff and fellow service users with respect. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program or website access restrictions.
