Direct Support Professional (DSP) – First Shift
Location: Bremer County, Iowa
Schedule: Compressed Weekday Shifts | Biweekly Pay

🕒 Schedule & Pay
• Compressed Schedule: Full-time DSPs work fewer days with longer shifts, allowing for more time off between workweeks.
• Overtime Minimum: Each pay period includes at least 20 hours of overtime, except for 24-hour shifts which are not OT-eligible.
• Biweekly Pay: Direct deposit is required for all staff.
• Shift Availability: First shift openings prioritize weekday coverage.

• Coordinate and attend appointments with members
• Manage medication refills and documentation
• Plan and lead activities that reflect each person’s interests
• Support daily routines with respect and consistency
• Communicate with Team Leads and families as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Document supports and progress using Therap
